The stability of track racks generally includes the load-bearing stability of the racks themselves and the stability of goods stored in moving. Therefore, in order to ensure the safe trial use of shelves, there are generally the following requirements for goods to be placed on track shelves:

First: steel pallets must be used, and steel pallets need to be clamped with rack buckles.

Second: The goods should not be tilted, so we must ensure that the center of gravity of the goods is within the design scope.

Third: When placing insufficient goods, we need to follow the principle of first-come-first-come-first-served.

Currently, there are track racks, which are stipulated in the Technical Document for Mobile Track Racks. The length of beams is 1.5m to adopt double tracks and 3m to adopt three tracks. Short beams with rails ensure the stability of the shelf in movement. The track cross-section area of electric movable rack and manual movable rack have definite specifications. Because the moving speed is not constant, the track cross-section area of manual movable rack is generally larger than that of electric movable rack. Due to the strict technical parameters, the stability has been able to meet the daily warehousing standards, and the track mobile shelf has become popular.

Rail mobile shelves have outstanding advantages at present. They cater to the storage base with small area and large storage, and they are also used in more fields than traditional storage shelves.

There are four advantages of track mobile shelves in daily use: adjustable, electrically operated, disassemblable and inductive.
