In attic shelves, according to different structures, we call the first floor as the shelf and the second floor as the platform, which is called the attic platform. Loft platform is mainly placed on the first floor of some small items or regular goods, while the second floor is open space, can be placed and layout at will. This time, we designed for the printing company. The first floor is a heavy shelf. The goods are accessed by pallets, while the second floor is a platform for large goods.

Second floor platform

According to customer requirements, we use galvanized floor with good rust-proof performance. Customers are often used to store ink and other items, which can easily cause some corrosion on the floor surface. Galvanized floor can avoid this corrosion to a certain extent.

First floor heavy shelf

The first floor may be operated by a stacker, which generally places goods that can be placed on shelves and goods with high access frequency. In this way, in the loft platform, the main work will be concentrated on the first floor, while the goods on the second floor can be accessed manually through the stairs we set up. Of course, sometimes we will design the loading and unloading ports or lifting platforms according to customer requirements.

In order to meet the requirements of convenient regional management and basic anti-theft, we have set up an isolation network for the loft platform area, which can be controlled by locks through moving the door in and out.
